We provide you with a default ‘Director’ password to your Club’s own Administration Panel, which permits access to ALL areas of Administration and cannot be removed.

When signed in as ‘Director’, you may set up as many additional Access Levels as you wish, restricting Administration Area access to only those pages that you stipulate.

Let’s say you would like your Team Manager to maintain the Fixtures section. Simply set up another Access Level called ‘Team Manager’ and enter a password for that new level of access. From within the Page Security section, select the page(s) to which you would like to grant access. In this case, just Fixtures. When your Team Manager signs in, their menu options will display ONLY the Fixtures link. Access to any other areas will not be permitted.

Imagine, your Treasurer maintaining the Prices section, any number of people maintaining Club News, your Caterers the Catering section.... our system is totally flexible, providing you with the means to maintain a website with a heartbeat, drawing people back time and time again.

You can set new, secure passwords for all Access Levels as and when you see fit.

In addition to maintaining the many sections on your new website, the Administration Area provides the means for you to set the appearance of your Club’s website also.

Simply download a file, make a few colour changes to that file, upload it back to our server and hey presto.... your Club’s website will reflect those new colours. And once subscribed, upload your own Club Logo too!

Your Bowls Group Website provides you with up to 20 sections for your site visitors to browse, each individually maintained by those Club Officers/Members that have been granted access by you, from within the Administration Area. They are:

Does your Club boast restaurant facilities? If it does, choose to include the optional Catering section on your website and upload a picture of your Club's facilities together with up to 1500 characters of descriptive text.

You may choose to grant administrative privileges to your Caterers themselves, in order that this section displays the very latest information (opening hours, prices, events etc).

Display your forthcoming events on this section. AGM dates, Cabaret Nights, visits by celebrities etc. Anything you wish apart from match fixtures... they have their own section!

Up to 1500 characters of information may be displayed here, detailing your Club's progress from the date of opening to the present day.

Keep your members fully up-to-date on the Club News section. Enter unlimited Club News Items, with each item carrying up to 1000 characters of text AND the display of one associated picture.

Does your Club offer coaching sessions? If it does, include the optional Coaching section on your website. Upload a picture (perhaps of your Coaches and their pupils), together with up to 1500 characters of descriptive text.

Perhaps grant administrative privileges to the Coach’s themselves, in order that this section displays the very latest information (coaching hours, costs etc)?

Select up to 128 entrants and we will provide you with a print-friendly Competition sheet. Enter contestants’ names and scores as the rounds progress and have the current status of each competition viewable on your website at all times!

You may choose to grant administrative privileges to your Green Manager and perhaps your Team Manager also? Display your Club's fixtures on your website.... you may also enter the Team News for each fixture which is displayed also. Update Fixtures as Won, Drawn or Lost and use our Archive feature so that you can look back over past season’s results and team selections.

Advertise your Member's unwanted Bowls items here. Description, sale price, contact details etc. Site visitors have the option to view items for sale from your Club only OR from all associated Bowls Group websites.

Does your Club boast Function Room facilities? If it does, choose to include the optional Function Room section on your website and upload TWO pictures (perhaps one of the Bar and one of the Dance Area), together with up to 1500 characters of descriptive text.

Does your Club boast a Games Room? If it does, choose to include the optional Games Room section on your website and upload TWO pictures that best displays this area, together with up to 1500 characters of descriptive text.

The page all visitors to your site see first and therefore almost certainly the most important. Upload TWO pictures (perhaps one of the Bar and one of the Bowling Area) and keep regularly up-to-date with Club News, up and coming Fixtures or Fixture results, AGM dates etc using up to 1500 characters of descriptive text.

Set up an unlimited number of Honours Boards for both Men’s and Ladies’ sections.

Bowls-related jokes and funny stories from all associated Bowls Group websites are displayed on your Humour section. Add to it yourself... and use the content for your after-match speeches!

Enter the League’s team names and keep their league positions up-to-date using this section. The resultant league tables are displayed on your website.

Add links to your favourite websites on this section.

The Bowls Group take care of this for you. Using your Club's precise Longitude and Latitude readings, we provide your site visitors with a fully interactive Google Map. Visitors can print-out directions to and from your Club using this latest technology.

The Bowls Group invite the Administrators running our game to keep us informed of events, fixtures, results etc.

Set up and display an unlimited number of Boards of Officers from within this section. You may input the Officer's email address and a link is provided from the website page, allowing site visitors to contact that officer. No email address is ever displayed on the website. Instead, our own internal messaging system handles all emails that are sent from your website to your Officers.

Your Club's very own Slideshow! Upload as many pictures as you wish... and then allow your site visitors to sit back and watch as the slideshow reveals all.

Setup as many Price Categories as you wish and have them displayed on your website. One-off Entrance Fees, Annual Membership Fees, Bowling Fees etc. You may choose to grant administrative privileges to your Treasurer, in order that the very latest prices are displayed.

The Annual Subscription is only £239.00. The cost of renewing your .co.uk domain name is included and automatically undertaken by the Bowls Group, on your behalf.

There is, however, one final section to mention and it provides a way for your Club to run our software FREE OF CHARGE and that is WEBSITE ADVERTISING.

On your Club’s Homepage, we allow for the inclusion of three small advertisements that you, yourself, upload. These are optional of course but as they are relatively unobtrusive and with the need for all of us to watch our pennies, it is something to consider at the very least.

Approach three different advertisers... perhaps a local florist, restaurant, coach hire company etc. and offer them the chance to advertise on your website. You need charge each advertiser no more than around £80.00 GBPounds per annum for this service in order to FULLY recoup your annual Bowls Group Subscription.

They supply you with their advert (dimensions given within Advertising section) and you upload it. That’s it. You can keep track of renewal date from within this section also.
